HIGHLINE BY POLYGON – EARLY 2023
Highline by Polygon has been a much anticipated project at the old Garibaldi Springs Golf Course site. Featuring over 90 acres of greenspace with 3+ acres of dedicated public park spaces and a 3km trail network connecting the site for runners and pedestrians alike. The first phase (of three) is called Highline and will offer cottages, duplexes and townhouses. There are 60 homes in total in this phase.
The duplexes will feature 3 bedrooms + a large recreation room + 4.5 bathrooms and over 2,600 sq. ft. of interior space. The townhouses will feature 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and start at 1,478 sq. ft. interior space. The views that Highline will offer are going to be out of this world. FINCH DRIVE – SELLING NOW
FINCH DRIVE by Diamond Head Developments has just started selling the first phase of 1/2 duplexes. Sizes start at 2,650 sq. ft. – 2,750 sq. ft. and will meet step 5 building code, which will give purchasers the added benefit of having a Net Zero ready home on completion. This is going to be a mandatory building code requirement come 2032, and shows great initiative that FINCH DRIVE is leading the way in sustainable building methods.
