Looking for a good cup of Joe? I am always in search of a great new cafe to try out along the Sea to Sky Corridor to meet clients, to fuel up and to ensure I support local community that I work in. Here are some options along the Sea to Sky corridor.
WHISTLER SIPS
Camp Lifestyle & Coffee Co: A modern espresso bar/retail store with locally, ethically, and sustainably sourced products located in Function Junction in Whistler. Sit back and enjoy an exceptional coffee in the back patio and finish with a stroll through the artisanal store for some camp lifestyle apparel.
CRANKED Espresso Bar: Because coffee is always a good idea. Cranked Espresso Bar fosters a warm and welcoming space for visitors and locals to enjoy beautiful views, great service and exceptional coffee. Located in the Rainbow Community just North of Whistler.
Lift Coffee Company: Lift is an institution in Whistler, serving up some great cheap eats as well as some tasty to go treats (vegan/GF muffins are a must try item). Grab a coffee on the way to any number of Whistler adventures, from skiing to biking to hiking and more.
SQUAMISH SIPS
Sunflower Bakery and Cafe: Established in 1995, the Sunflower Bakery & Cafe has been serving the Sea to Sky corridor with preservative-free, trans fat free, Artisan baking that tantalizes the taste buds every time. They team their tasty treats with delicious 49th Parallel coffee, this local favourite never disappoints.
Zephyr Cafe: Eclectic order-at-the-counter coffee shop/cafe with a menu of vegan, raw & gluten-free light bites. Located in Squamish’s downtown core, this is a great grab and go option to get fuel for your latest Squamish adventure.
Green Olive: With an uplifting atmosphere and great soups and sandwiches to accompany your caffeine, Green Olive is a great options on Cleveland Avenue.
Fergies: The iconic Fergies is a great spot just north of Squamish sitting alongside the Cheakamus River. Best known for its sensational breakfast and brunch menu, but what is breakfast without coffee? This is a must for every Sea to Sky resident, especially in summer when the patio is in full-force!
PEMBERTON SIPS
Mount Currie Coffee: Self-proclaimed coffee geeks and mountain lovers! Based both in Whistler and Pemberton. An independently owned and operated coffee shop, that serves up great coffee, quick snacks and service with a smile.
Blackbird Bakery:
In 2009 the doors of Blackbird Bakery were opened to the town of Pemberton and quickly became a staple. The coffee being served is Pemberton Valley Coffee Co. and is roasted locally in the valley. You truly can not visit Blackbird Bakery (or Pemberton for that matter) without trying Blackbird’s gorgeously baked breads and pastries.
