Dollar Volume of Closed Sales – $75,252,151 (+48.3%)

Detached Properties:
Sales Price Average – $1,077,115 (+.2%)
Sales – 38 (+58.3%)
DOM Average – 39 (-9.3%)
New Listings – 39 (+50%)
Dollar Volume of Closed Sales – $40,930,351 (+58.7%)

Townhomes:
Sales Price Average – $729,462 (+8.2%)
Sales – 29 (+93.3%)
DOM Average – 25 (-47.9%)
New Listings – 29 (+136.4%)
Dollar Volume of Closed Sales – $21,154,400 (+109.1%)

Apartments:
Sales Price Average – $504,067 (+11.8%)
Sales – 21 (-12.5%)
DOM Average – 43 (-41.9%)
New Listings – 21 -12.5%)
Dollar Volume of Closed Sales – $10,585,400 (-2.1%)
